Who we are:
West Main Coffee Company is a local coffee shop serving Toulon, Illinois, established in 2023.
In 2024, Payton and Michael took full reign of the shop and have been busy making it their own. Since then, they’ve added a bakery, healthy grab-and-go lunch options, and are currently working on adding a bookstore.
While Michael is the backbone of the business, Payton is the lifeblood.
Though they still have a long way to go in crafting their vision, they know they make a great team and are excited to serve their community.
The future looks bright.
